A significant aspect of cillium Group corporate-growth strategy relies on associates—like you—helping us identify new candidates and job openings in the IT marketplace. We recognize your knowledge of the technical community can often lead to referrals of your colleagues and even client opportunities.




For client referrals

For non-IT candidate referrals:please send an e-mail to resumes@cillium.com a representative will contact you immediately.




Other than IT people

How to refer a candidate

Refer individual candidate in writing via email to resumes@cillium.com, info@cillium.com along with the resume and the Position Name and ID. Or mail the resume of the individual to our corporate office with Position Name and ID. Please mention your full name, address, contact information while sending the referral’s resume via above mentioned methods.



Eligibility

Individual must be hired within 180 days of referral for the referral bonus to be payable. Referral bonuses will only be paid to existing employees who are actively employed by cillium at the time when the fee becomes payable as specified. No referral bonus will be paid for candidates with whom cillium corp has had employment discussions within six months preceding the submitted referral. In the event that two employees refer the same individual, only the first referral will be eligible for payment.
